

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Michael Dung Le, 57, who passed away peacefully on July 6, 2024, in New Smyrna Beach, FL. He was a devoted husband, a loving father, and an exceptional and selfless member of his community.
Michael was a dedicated family man who cherished every moment spent with his loved ones. He always had his camcorder glued to his palm and captured important celebrations and memories with family and friends. His presence at every milestone and celebration of loved ones was a testament to his deep love and support. He was a man of integrity, always putting his family’s needs above his own.
Michael remained loyal to his roots, he enjoyed cheering on the Denver Broncos, even beyond the John Elway and Peyton Manning era. Not a week went by where he did not represent in his Bronco’s gear. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus, actively supporting and contributing to his local community and parish. His devotion to his Catholic faith touched the lives of all who knew them. His kindness, strength, and generosity touched countless lives, leaving a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be dearly missed and forever cherished in our hearts.
He is survived by his wife Tam (New Smyrna Beach, FL), his children Kenny (Highlands Ranch, CO) and Tammy (Philadelphia, PA), his siblings (CO, TX, & OH), and many other family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at 8:30 am at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, 4675 S. Clyde Morris Blvd., Port Orange, FL 32129. The family will receive friends and the community at an open visitation on Wednesday from 11:00 am - 7:00 pm and Thursday 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Volusia Memorial Funeral Home - Port Orange. Michael's place of final rest will be in Colorado, with additional services being rendered by The Archdiocese of Denver Mortuary and Mount Olivet Cemetery in Wheat Ridge, CO.
