Mr. Markham is survived by his wife of 20 years, Michelle Markham; sons Brian Toney and Thomas Christopher Markham; mother, Nancy Field; brothers Bryan Markham and Lil' Gayle Field; sister, Robin Rutherford, and two grandchildren, Helana Izabella Markham and Mikko Mige Markham.
