As I sit here and reflect on the past year without you I am still angry!!! Why you?? I have so many questions with no answers, and you are not here to comfort me. Well today is the last day to post a message, and I couldn't let it go by without doing it. Tony, Gail is remarkable, and such a loving person. Not a day goes by without you being in her every breath, though, tears, or laughter. Melissa well she is you made over. Strong, and soft hearted at the same time. Looks absolutely fabulous, and her daddy's baby blues dazzling everyone. Anthony has it together. Working hard to take care of his family like you taught all the boys in our family to do.
Not a day goes by without your name coming out of someone's mouth. It's a remarkable thing to know how loved my big brother was by so many people. You are so truly missed. It's heartbreaking knowing here on this earth we won't get to see you again, or have you just a phone call away, but oneday my brother we will all be together. Until then, I love you very much and I will see you on the flip side. Xoxo

One year ago today we said goodbye to you. You will always be in everyone's heart and mind. You gave so much to everyone who came into your life, and excepted nothing in return. Tony you are indeed THE MAN, THE MYTH, THE LEDGEN.  Love and miss you dearly.

Uncle Tony  I miss and love you so much. You are and will always be a hero to me. I wish I could have just a little bit of your strength. Life would be so much easier. My heart still breaks for aunt Gail and your kids and grandchildren I pray that they always find comfort. I never thought a year ago, as we celebrated your 64th Birthday in the hospital, that a month later, you would be gone. Happy Birthday, in Heaven....another thing I never saw coming. Happy birthday daddy, everyday is hard without you here I struggle to  move on but it's so hard.  Especially on days like today.   There is such a void since you left that nobody can fill I try to be strong like you you said but sometimes it's just impossible. Pop pop, I miss you more than anyone will ever know. I did what I promised you I would and graduated early and with HONORS!! I even walked the stage at graduation even though you weren't there physically I know you were holding my hand as I walked that stage to get my diploma. I wish you were still here for me to talk to , and laugh with. It most definitely hasn't gotten any easier dealing with losing you, but I know when I need you most you'll always be here, and I may not be able to hear your advice but most the time I know what you'd say. It gets harder as I get older knowing you won't be here to see the milestones in your grandchildren's lives. We're all growing up and there's more graduation, I'm sure a couple of weddings coming , and so much more I now can only wish you were going to be here for. You are apart of all that I do and  I will never be able to thank you or grandma enough for what you did for me. I kept my promise to you pop pop. Only you truly know what that means . As I sit here missing you so much, I have decided I don't like being alone. I feel like I am living in an out of body experience, all the time. Going through the motions of what I know I am suppose to do, but not being able to think of anything but how much we have all been cheated by the senseless tragedy of your death. I still can't help but think you are going to walk in the door, any minute. Oh how I wish!! Love you with every breath I take.

Missing you so much and lately I find myself thinking of you more than usual. I can't believe it's nearly 6 months since you had to leave us. I think of the many happy memories and fun times, both as children and adults. You are sorely missed by so many, yet your memory is very much alive as we speak of you so often with love and laughter. As I think about you today, I think of how lucky of a man you really were. You had a road to travel that most people couldn't have done and couldn't have made it on without wrecking.  You on the other hand took the wheel and drove that road like a pro. I wondered so many times how you did it, took the chances, instead of playing life safe. I've thought about it for a long time, and I finally realized how you did it. Everything you did had "Gail " written  all over it. With the ups and downs she always was your backbone.  She never sat on the sideline,  she stood not only behind you, but on your side. Most people let one or the other control situations that impact their marriage,  life, and future. You, always listened, talked, even yelled, and took the chances. I don't believe you could have done or even wanted to do the things you did if it wasn't for Gail. You my dear brother was so very blessed to have found your soul mate as young as you both were when you married.  Most people only dream of having what you had, but you and Gail lived it. So glad you are my brother, and you gave me such a wonderful sister.

It's been 1 month today since you left us. It seems like an eternity. I love and miss you so much it hurts. It's hard to try and put the pieces of my life back together without you. I thought I was ready to come to terms with facing life without you, but I don't seem to be doing a very good job. Its been only 3 weeks since you left me and it seems like an eternity. Tony was the light of so many people's lives.  Today I light this candle in honor my brother's memory. I believe my brother who had such a big heart, thoughtful and kindness, helpful way towards others, sense of humor, bright blue eyes, fabulous smile, a great judgment of characters in people . The void you have left in my heart,  can never be filled, but than I wouldn't it to be, as that part of my heart belong to you alone. My mind is full of memories that brings a smile to my face. You left this world way to soon, but one day we will see each other again. Until than my brother rest in peace. Love you forever

I am so sorry to hear about Tony. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Tony worked hard, played hard and loved strong. He was a big man, not just in size but in action. You knew when he was present.  I am greatful, that I got see his kindness in a thousand big and small ways.  He will be deeply missed by all of his family and friends.

I have had the honor of knowing this family for 7 years when Tony had his Transplant 7 years ago.  We have continued our friendship since that time and this family openly shared so much with me that I cherish each and every encounter we have had. My brother was the best.He worked hard all his life, beginning as a young boy, working along side our Dad,absorbing everything Daddy taught him. Tony became the man of the house as a young teen when our Dad passed unexpectedly in 1965,leaving our Mom a young widow with 6 kids.Tony knew what he had to do, and he did it. He helped provide for us, protected us, and most of all, loved us.In 1970, he met and married Gail, the girl of his dreams and the love of his life.She is a beautiful gift to our family.Tony and Gail had 3 beautiful children, and a love filled life. Tony always put his family first and did so until his last breath.I am beyond broken hearted.We lost you way too soon. You will live on in our hearts forever with our great memories of you. Thank you for your sense of humor, honesty, loyalty, compassion, and love. I miss you and I love you. I am so grateful to God he chose you for my big brother. Rest peacefully. Tony was a great man. He was always there for me and my family. I will miss his great sense of humor. I will miss him coming over for coffee and the talks we would have about just anything and everything. I will miss seeing him sitting in the patio and talking to Bobby while petting my dog Buddy.
