She was born in Bristol, Rhode Island on January 28, 1941to the late Carmine Aquilino and Mary (Medeiros) Aquilino.
Barbara graduated from Colt Memorial High School in Bristol, Rhode Island and went on to work at the Crestwood Nursing Home for 34 years.
She leaves behind her loving husband Stanley, sons Steven (late Ann Lee) and Kevin (Christine), along with grandchildren Shawn Sustakowsky and Sarah Sustakowsky.
