Carlos was born in Bogota, Colombia. He had been a resident of Port St. Lucie for the past ten years coming from Rancho Cucamonga, California.
He was the Owner/ Founder for the past eleven years of Jach USA Corporation in Port St. Lucie, FL.
Survivors include his loving wife of 25 years, Carolina Abondano; one son, Carlos Felipe Martinez; two brothers, Fernando Martinez and his wife Monica Restrepo, Andres Martinez and his wife Martha Franco, and one sister, Maria Clara Martinez.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, January 11, 2018 at St. Lucie Catholic Church, 280 SW Prima Vista Blvd, Port St. Lucie, FL 34983.
