A visitation for Cecil will be held Sunday, October 10, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Aycock at Tradition, 12571 Tradition Parkway, Port St. Lucie, FL 34987, followed by a funeral service from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
