Rachel was born in Greensburg, NC. She had been a resident of Port St. Lucie for the past seven years coming from Peachtree, GA.
She was a member of Sunlight Community Church in Port St. Lucie, FL.
Survivors include her loving husband of 61 years, Riley Joshua Oxley; two sons, Alan Oxley and Jay Oxley; two daughters, Laurel Simpson and her husband Michael, Lynette Malone; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
A Gathering will be held from 1:30pm -2:00 pm, Thursday, August 11, 2016 at Aycock FH-Byrd, Young & Prill Chapel, 1170 SW Bayshore Blvd, Port St. Lucie, FL 34983. A Memorial Service will follow at 2:00pm in our chapel.
