So sad to hear the passing of Bill.  We too, called you Uncle Bill.   Memories go back many years ago when our Mom and Dad (Gordon and Irene Kappes were your friends from the old neighborhood in Queens.)   We had lots of memories on your boat named the 4"C's, in Massapequa.   I still remember the name.  As kids we enjoyed boating with Uncle Bill and Aunt Fran, Diane and Billy.  It definitely left an impression on my sisters.  They both love boating.   Our families stayed in touch after your move to Fla.  Visiting your home, dealerships and going out for dinners.   But as years go on and time passes our family lost touch.  Our Dad passed 18 years ago.   It was great knowing you Uncle Bill, thank you for all the fond memories -- RIP

I am saddened to hear of Mr Chamberlains passing... he was a source of inspiration and humor while I worked for him in Delray Beach at his Toyota dealership. I last saw Bill in 2003, at a reunion I organized of his past Toyota employees ... and for hours we sat and listened to his stories... a great boss, and friend. RIP

We knew you as Uncle Bill, listened to Jewel Akens singing about "The Birds and the Bees", listened and watched as Diane played "The Entertainer" with her eyes closed, you and aunt Fran talking with our parents hours on end, your "Who-hoo-hoo" laughter, and followed you and your dream to Florida. For the last forty years, we've all lived, loved, and lost so much. I think how empty SO many lives would be without the people, like our mom and Fran, who look at what is and ask why, and the people like you, who ask why not. My heart is heavy , but my spirit is filled with a little more light, knowing you are alongside Fran, again. Lord, please bless and comfort Billy as we rejoice in your child Bill's homecoming. He is more alive now than he ever was on the face of the Earth. I quote Philliians 4:4, "rejoice in the Lord always; and again, I say, rejoice", in Heaven's gain.

Dear Bill

You came into my life 17 years ago and really touched my heart with your warmth & kindness. I remember many stories of family times in NY and then the family move to FL. NUMEROUS stories of your days in the car dealerships and the ups & downs with that. I picture a dealership in heaven in the very near future. Thank you for the beautiful memories and for treating me as a daughter. You will be truly missed.

Dear Bill and Family;
I was so sad to hear about your dads passing. My mind flooded with so many memories. So many good times spent together as families. I hope you hold those memories dear and they sustain you during this painful period.  Sending love and prayers.

Bill took care of a lot of people in his life and happy to do it.  He was bright, humorous and  always on the go. His family was the most important thing to him.  We shared a lot of fun times together and the last time we spoke he was very much enjoying the church and congregation he was a part of.   May he be remembered for the unselfish man that he truly was.   God bless

Dad I take comfort in knowing that now I have another special guardian angel to watch over me. I know we were all blessed to be graced by you, your warmth, smile, friendship, but as your son I feel I was the one that was blessed to be able to care for you over these years. A father and son bound that will never be broken.

 we knew each other for more then 70 years. you were my first hero. I loved you like a brother  and I cherished our times together. Give my love to Fran and tell everyone that we will all be back together very soon.
