Bill was born in Charleston, West Virginia. He had been a resident of Port St. Lucie for the past four years coming from St. Mary’s, West Virginia.
He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War and Vietnam War.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife Elizabeth “Betty” Stuart and his granddaughter, Melissa Rinehart.
Survivors include three daughters, Angela Stuart Mills and her husband Richard Mills, Cindy Eckel, Debora and her husband Tommy Rinehart; one son, William G. Stuart, III and his wife Robin; seven grandchildren, Christy, Jackie, Heather, Vanessa, Samantha, Michael and Erika; Three great grandchildren, Tommie, Kayla and Taylor.
A Gathering will be held from 2:30 pm -3:00 pm, Saturday, January 13, 2017 at Aycock at Tradition, 12571 SW Tradition Parkway, Port St. Lucie, FL 34987. A Celebration of Bill’s Life will follow at 3:00 pm in our Chapel.
