

Scarborough – Antonio S. DiPietrantonio, 70, passed away Saturday October 15, 2011 at the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House. Born March 1, 1941 in Lettomanoppello, Italy, he was the son of the late Constantino and Anna DiBiase DiPietrantonio.
He served in the United States National Guard and before his retirement he was employed by Bill Dodge.
Tony is survived by his wife of 48 years, Norma Ferrante DiPietrantonio of Portland, two sons; Anthony of Biddeford and Darren of Westbrook, his two sisters; Anna Muti and her husband Ron of Maynard, MA and Nancy DelGreco and her husband Dominic of Stoneham, MA, his brother; Bruno Toppi and his wife Antoinette of Summerville, MA, three grandchildren Noah, Bella and Lucianna, in addition to many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to a time of visitation Wednesday October 19, 2011 from 4-7 p.m. at the Jones, Rich & Hutchins Funeral Home, 199 Woodford St., Portland.
Prayers will be recited Thursday, October 20, 9:15 a.m., at the funeral home followed by a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Peters Roman Catholic Church, 72 Federal St., Portland.
Interment will be in New Calvary Cemetery South Portland.
