

Born in Philadelphia, PA; he was the son of James and Cassandra Jiottis.
Constantine was a U.S. Navy Veteran of WWII and for six years proudly served his country. He worked at I.T.E Circuit Breaker and Brown Boveri in Philadelphia for 35 years. He was a member of the St. George Greek Orthodox Church in Chester/Media, PA for 34 years and served in the Parish Council for 14 years. He served as Financial Secretary and as president for two years.
In 1987 he retired to Ossipee, NH and became a member of the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church of Portland, ME for 26 years. He served on the Parish Council for 4 years and one year as President of the Council. In 1996 he was awarded the Diocesan Laity Award, along with his wife Mary. He was also a member of the Order of Ahepa for 30 years in Media, PA and Portland, ME.
Constantine is predeceased by his loving wife of 64 years, Mary.
Surviving is a son James Jiottis of Nottingham, NH; a daughter Cassandra Frey of Coatesville, PA; four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; a brother James of Hatboro, PA, and several nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours for Constantine will be held this Wednesday, July 1, 2015 from 6 to 8 PM at the Jones, Rich & Hutchins Funeral Home, 199 Woodford St., Portland, ME; where a 7:00 PM Trisagion Service will be held that evening. A 10:00 AM Funeral Service for Constantine will be held at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 133 Pleasant St., Portland, ME on Thursday, July 2, 2015. Burial will follow at Forest City Cemetery of South Portland.
In lieu of flowers the Jiottis family suggests memorial be made to the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church of Portland.
Care for Constantine and his family has been provided the Jones, Rich & Hutchins Funeral Home of Portland.
