Michael Ethan Daniels

Michael “Ethan” Daniels, 26, formerly of Brentwood, TN passed away September 22, 2021 at his residence in Portland, ME. Ethan was born February 24, 1995 in St. Petersburg, FL to parents Amy and Michael.

He attended Shorecrest Preparatory School in St. Petersburg, FL and Franklin Road Academy (FRA) in Nashville, TN. Ethan graduated with a degree in Psychology from University of Southern Maine in 2020.

While attending FRA, Ethan excelled in wrestling, having participated in 3 championship winning seasons for the FRA Panthers. Additionally, he participated in football, tennis and track.

Ethan loved connecting with nature and enjoyed the outdoors. He was a dedicated hiker and advanced rock-climber. He also enjoyed creating pottery and was an avid-gamer. His recent passions included investing and trading cryptocurrency.

He is survived by his mother Amy Wormer (Chris) of Brentwood, TN; father Michael Daniels (Tracy) of Panama City, FL; brother Avery Daniels (Mary) of Boston, MA and sister, Isabella Daniels of Brentwood, TN. He is also survived by five bonus-siblings: Julia (Andrew) Kluesner, Ashley Allison, Andi (Kyle) Aukshunas, Josh (Cami) Wormer and Tori Wormer. He is also survived by grandparents, Yvonne Daniels of Clearwater, FL, Jack & Gail Wormer of Peoria, IL and Patricia Kizziah of Panama City Beach, FL.

He was preceded in death by grandfather, Thomas Birl Daniels of St. Petersburg, FL and grandmother, Margaret Sterling of Madison, TN.
