

Conway, NH - Mildred “Millie” Jean (Woodbury) Dunham put on her dancing shoes one final time and danced away into the night on April 11, 2017. Milly was born on December 15, 1935 in Portland, ME, the daughter of George and Evelyn (McCullen) Hall.
Millie spent a long working career at Fairchild Semiconductor and was fortunate enough to retire in 1994 so she could enjoy the warmth of a summer day, travel, cherish time with her family and friends, listen to music, and dance.
Millie had a passion for family, she was the gentle soul that held everyone together. She enjoyed embracing her children, loved cooking family dinners on Christmas; which the smell of spaghetti radiated through the house on Christmas day. Millie also enjoyed her pets, Mitzy, Sheena, and Sammy; was very dedicated, patient, and a witty person that made sure everyone got her unconditional love and support.
Millie leaves behind her co-pilot of nearly 60 years, Stanley “Digger” Dunham; six spring chickens, Debbie and her husband Roy, “Jr” and his wife Alisa, Karen Adams, Linda Dunham, Danny Dunham, and Donny Dunham; five siblings, Helen and Husband Sunny Baker, Luke and his wife Judith Hall, Bruce and his wife Judy Hall, Brian and his wife Cheryl Hall, and Maynard Hall; 16 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren (plus one that is currently in the oven). Millie was greeted on the dance floor by her son, Robert Eugene Dunham (aka Thresher); her brother, Ronald Hall, and her mother and father.
“Millie’s Mob” is hosting her last family get together and a celebration of her life Saturday, April 15, 2017 at 1pm at Jones, Rich and Barnes Funeral Home 199 Woodford St. Portland, ME 04103.
