

Falmouth, Paul F. DiBiase, 83, passed away Oct. 24, 2012 at the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Portland on March 6, 1929 to Charles and Bernadette Christien DiBiase. He married Marcia L. Flanders in 1954 and spent the next 58 years with her at their home in Falmouth. He was educated at Cheverus H. School, went on to St. Michaels College, VT and George Washington University both on Football Scholarships. He served two years in the Army playing football. Upon his return he worked for Cudahy Meat Packing Co. for a few years, Bangor Wholesale Foods and then Jordan's for a brief time. He retired from Sysco of New England. He was manager of Little League with his son's for years. His hobbies were, fishing, hiking, hunting and camping. He was a member of the Elks Club 188, and Falmouth American Legion. He was a loving and devoted husband and father. He is survived by his wife, Marcia and his three sons: Stephen of Jacksonville, Fl., Chris and his partner Bill, of Kenansville, Fl., and David and his girlfriend, Carol of Westbrook. Also a loving sister-in-law, Donna J. Wann of New Port Richey, Fl., and his niece, Elizabeth A. Watson of West Baldwin. Also many cousins and friends.
Family and Friends are invited to a time of visitation Monday October 29, 2012 from 4 – 7 p.m. at the Jones, Rich & Hutchins Funeral Home 199 Woodford St. Portland.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Interment with military honors will follow at Brooklawn Memorial Park, Portland.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Gosnell Memorial Hospice House 11 Hunnellwell Dr. Scarborough, ME 04074.
