I am so saddened to see the news of your son's passing.  I only knew him from seeing him in the elevator in the condo, but he was always so pleasant & polite.  My sincerest sympathies you and your family.

Sanjay was one of my best friends.  He has one of the greatest heart and most generous soul. I met Sanjay while studying in Barcelona, and while it's been a long while since I've seen him I am so deeply saddened to have heard of his passing. He was truly an amazing friend, and I send all my love and condolences during this difficult time.

My heart aches; my thoughts are with all of you. I did not know Sanjay well, however when I received his big hug and warm embrace on meeting him, I liked him instantly. I remember clearly the day we met. I was helping my son Eric move in to Bryant freshman year. I was anxious/sad/happy and also worried about Eric, having lost his father/my husband 4 years before - Eric had been "the man of the house" and a rock for me. When we met his dorm mate, Sanjay, I immediately felt relieved and comforted. Sanjay was the one who sent me on my way and with a big hug and no more worries. I knew Sanjay was always a part of Eric's college life but I never got to see him again until move out time at graduation. Yes, right away, another big hug! Such a wonderful person. Please know he made such an impression and he will never be forgotten.

Words cannot express the deep sadness Liz and I felt when we heard the news of Sanjay's passing - I will always cherish the brief moments we shared, coupled with his wonderful and beautiful smile - and can only extend our heartfelt condolences during this most difficult time. From what I see on this post, your son filled the lives of those around him with light and joy. From what I've already heard about him from Megha, he was a devoted man to his family and friends, and he made sure that even if you met him for a brief moment you will be filled with joy and met with a smile.

I am sending all of you my deepest condolences, and please know that all of you are in my prayers. No words can replace the loss of someone like Sanjay, but know that you are surrounded by people who will give their shoulder for you to cry on, and a hand to hold whenever you need it.

I had the pleasure of knowing Sanjay during his time at Bryant University. He was truly a leader, a friend and mentor to many.

I did not personally know Sanjay, but he was a regular at The Works. He always brightened up our day with that huge smile and general kind heart. My thoughts go out to his family who have also been very kind to our busisness.

I knew Sanjay pretty well in High School. I played numerous sports with him, and remember him as a positive, uplifting young man. He was always so fun to hang out with on and off the field. He was always friendly, sociable, and respectful to all of his peers. He treated all of those he knew with dignity and respect, and I admired these qualities in him. I will miss Sanjay dearly, and wish all of his friends and family love, support, and peace during this very difficult time of grief and confusion.

My sympathies to the Choolani family, especially to Megha, who did such outstanding work in my classes at Bryant. May you all somehow find peace.

I lost my daughter, when she was 33 from a long illness. As a parent I feel your pain. My deepest sympathy to the parents, brother and all those who knew this young man. I had the pleasure of working extensively with Sanjay during our Sophomore year at Bryant University. As my teammate, he always brought a strong energy and sense of optimism.
