Zachary Travis Griffin

He was a graduate of Gray/New Gloucester High School and earned an Electrician Technology Certificate from Southern Maine Community College. He started working as an electrician helper as a teenager for L.M. Electric and went from a helper to a Master Electrician. He took great pride in his work, customers often asked for him by name due to the quality of his work. He was outstanding at diagnosing and solving electrical malfunctions and installed Tesla chargers and solar arrays along with doing other residential and commercial work.

He enjoyed many summers at the family camp on Roxbury Pond where he swam, fished, kayaked and learned to water ski. He also loved hiking Old Spec and Baldpate Mountain in Grafton Notch.

He is survived by his father Stephen and brother Fletcher. He was predeceased by his mother Katherine.

Friends may stop by the family home in Gray on Wednesday October 4th, from 4-8 pm to express their condolences.

In lieu of flowers, please give to a local mental health charity or St. Mary’s Hospital in Lewiston, Maine.
