Andy Joseph Bustos

This wonderful person was brought to this Earth by Cheryl Mattatall and Tony Bustos on October 27, 1983. Through his years he has blessed many lives but none as much as his brothers Joey, Ryan, Jay, and Matt Hansen. Chris Nickelson, Mike Hanna, and Jeremy Galligher were the others included in this brother like friendship that would continue even to this day as we bless a part of this Earth to be Andy Bustos final resting place.

All who knew Andy would agree that he lived his live to the fullest and could create a fun atmosphere any place he entered. The laughter and smiles that he would bring is what he will be remembered for. His continuous use of movie quotes could bring a smile to everyone’s face. He enjoyed reading, music, movies, snowboardings, video games, pool, and his organized poker tournaments with his brothers. He will also be remembered for his dare devilish ways like leaping from 70’ at Dougan Falls just to outdo his Father.

Andy was baptized at New Song Fellowship and admired the Buddhist faith as a Christian.

As we walk this Earth waiting for our opportunity to see him again, he will be patiently waiting by a freshwater hole with a fishing pole in his hand, watching an Oregon Ducks games, as Otis lays at his feet. He will look upon the family that he leaves behind. His Mother Cheryl (Steve) Rector; father Tony (Kathi Phillipi) Bustos; sisters Jovan Bustos, Lisa (Mike) Hanna, and a brother Jerry Scamman; four nieces Samara McLeod, Brittani, Marissa, and Madison Hanna; his grandfathers; and the Galligher family. All friends and numerous relatives will have Andy Bustos flowing through their hearts and souls for eternity.

Andy Bustos was a kind soul that left this Earth at the young age of 28, but will continue to grow old with each person that was blessed with knowing him. May he look down on everyone for our remaining days responding “I love you too” as we all look to the heavens and say “We love and miss you dearly”
