Barbara Gene Bailey, passed away on December 1, 2013. Barbara was born on December 14, 1925 in Oakland, California to Arthur and Lesley Brown. Barbara was married to Roland Bailey who preceded her in death.
Barbara is survived by brother Arthur Brown of Los Altos California and nephews and neices.
