Bong’s life was defined by all who knew him with his kindness, generosity, and willingness to lend a hand.
Bong was born in Vietnam and moved to the United States in 1979, where he built a life centered around
his passion for the outdoors, cars, and his commitment to providing for his family. He was known for his skill and precision in the autobody industry leaving behind a footprint of hard work and expertise.
Bong was a man deeply devoted to his family and cherished his friends, whether he was out on the boat fishing, or sharing a meal, he made everyone feel welcomed and valued.
He is survived by his wife Chau; children Thi Bich, Bang, Bao, David; 9 grandchildren and many families and friends.
A funeral service to honor Bong will be held on December 29, 2024 from 10 am-12:30 pm at Finley Sunset Hills Mortuary, 6801 SW Sunset Hwy, Portland Oregon 97225.
