Francis “Bud” Lee McClure, 92, passed away Saturday, May 5, 2012 at Jennings-McCall Assisted Living Center in Forest Grove, Oregon after a short illness.
Bud was born and raised in La Grande, Oregon on July 4, 1919 to Frank Wesley and Edith Ada (Furgason) McClure.
On September 14, 1946, he married Marion “Mid” McKay, who preceded him in death on December 3, 2005 and together they raised three sons.
Survivors include his three sons and daughters-in-law: Larry and Patsy McClure of Nehalem and Jim and Darlene McClure and Lynn and Cheryl McClure all of Hillsboro, Oregon; 9 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Bud was preceded in death by his wife, Mid; his brother and all of his sisters; and one grandson.

Funeral services and internment will be Thursday at 1:00 p.m. at Skyline Memorial Gardens, 4101 N.W. Skyline Blvd., Portland, Oregon.
