Carol was born July 30, 1942 in Gooding , Idaho. She was the daughter of Clinton and Lucille Crews and was raised in Portland, Oregon, along with her three sisters and one brother.
Carol graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1960. Her primary occupation was working for the phone company as a long-distance operator and manager. She was employed for 45 years with the phone company and was the second longest tenured employee in their history when she retired in 2006.
Carol was always dependable, loyal and trustworthy. She was the kind of person who simply radiated good fellowship. When Carol made friends, she made true and lasting friendships. Just some of the things that all of Carol’s family and friends knew, and will still remember, are her caring nature, thoughtfulness, acceptance of others and her big heart. These qualities are just some of the reasons that Carol was such a popular person and will be missed by her family and friends.
