Clarice Skyles passed peacefully in her home in the arms of her family as she took her last breath, music played "Softly and Tenderly, Jesus is calling, come home " Our hearts are filled with joy that she has been released from all suffering. She may have lost her battle with cancer but she didn't lose the fight, cancer never touched her spirit or her soul or her ability to love, and her faith remained strong. We will celebrate her life as she requested " A Happy and Joyful Celebration because that is the kind of life that she had. She was known to all as " Mom or Grandma" and was one of the most incredible woman you have ever met, she is missed already and our lives are forever changed but her legacy of love lives on in each of our hearts.
She is so loved that it is appropriate her services will be held on Valentine's Day, All family and friends are welcome to join us.
