It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Clayton Johnson, a remarkable man who embodied intelligence, hard work, bravery, honesty, and generosity. He passed away leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and unwavering loyalty.

Clayton dedicated his life to his family, his work, and his passions. He was highly regarded in the field of Fire Suppression Design. His expertise, innovation, and professionalism earned him widespread respect from colleagues, clients, and peers in the industry.

Clayton was also a man of the sea, finding joy and peace in fishing and crabbing. Whether casting a line on a quiet morning or hauling in a crab pot on the rising tide, the water was his sanctuary and a place where he felt most connected to life's simple pleasures.

He was known for his courage and resilience, qualities that allowed him to face challenges with grace and determination. His tireless work ethic and commitment to excellence were matched only by his honesty and integrity, leaving an enduring impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Above all, he was a loving and loyal family man. He cherished his role as a source of strength and comfort for his loved ones, always putting their needs above his own. His friendly demeanor, strong spirit, and giving nature made him a cherished friend to many and a cornerstone of his community.

Clayton was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Audrey, whom he deeply cherished. He is survived by his children, Rayn and Erin, his grandchild Makena and his siblings Karen, Glenn and Judy.

A celebration of his life will be held at Lincoln Memorial Park. The family kindly requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Clayton's honor to The Humane Society of Oregon.

Clayton will be remembered as a man of exceptional character whose strength, love, and generosity touched countless lives. His memory will remain forever in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
