Connie Havard

Connie Havard was born September 1, 1947 to the late Vera Lee Laners Hall and Grady Havard in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She later established residence in New Orleans, Louisiana and she also lived in San Diego, California for 2 years. In 2005 she moved to her current residence of Portland, Oregon.

She accepted Jesus Christ at an early age, at Elm Grove Baptist Church in Baton Rouge, Louisiana pastored by Dr. Williams. She joined Pleasant Zion Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Dr. George W. McWaters and continued under Reverend Henry.

She was preceded in death by her parents Vera L. Hall and Grady Havard. She leaves to cherish her loving memory six brothers and five sisters.
