David is survived by his Mother; Arlys Schlick and Brother; Steven Schlick and his Family. David was preceded in death by his Father; Frank J. Schlick.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Gateway Little Chapel of the Chimes in Portland, Oregon. Inurnment will be at Lincoln Memorial Park in Portland, Oregon.
Gateway Little Chapel of the Chimes has the honor of directing arrangements for the Schlick Family.
