He was a beloved son, brother, uncle and friend, known for his infectious laughter and his compassionate heart.
Derek loved music, singing and dancing and was always the life of the party.
Derek touched many lives with his generous soul and will be deeply missed by all those who knew him.
He is survived by his Mother, Lucy Holombo, Sister, Ashlee Anderson (Mike), Brothers Cole Holombo and Troy Holombo, and Nephew, Cruz Holombo.
