He is survived by his loving, devoted wife, Donna; his children Kenneth and Robert; step children Barbara Lott, Steven Barrett, Peggy Barrett, Bonnie Garcia; sister, Betty; brother, Lew; and many grandchildren; great grandchildren; and wonderful friends.
He was born and raised in Brynn Mawr, Pennsylvania and later moved to Portland.
Dewey proudly served as a US Navy Seabee and was a World War II veteran with action in Okinawa.
He owned his business, Lake Construction, for 60 years.
