Liz lost her battle against leukemia peacefully, while surrounded by her family at home on November 9, 2019. She retired from the North Clackamas Transportation Department in 2006, and will be remembered as an artistic and creative person, particularly when working in her gardens.
Liz was preceded in her passing by her mother, Severina Nemeth and brother Sam Tugadi, and will be missed by her husband Dennis Anderson; their children Stephanie, Chris, and David Jones; her father Mike Nemeth; and by numerous brothers, sisters, and grandchildren.
She will be laid to rest privately at Lincoln Memorial Park in Portland.
