

Elizabeth, known to her loved ones as "Beth," led a full and amazing life. She was a woman of strong character, embodying the spirit of New York wherever she went.
In her early years, Beth briefly worked as a weather girl on the news in Connecticut. Together with her ex-husband Frank, she successfully ran a restaurant called The Grill and The Hazard Powder Company Bar in New York.
Later on, Beth showcased her culinary talents by selling her delectable creations, Beth's Baked Goods, at the Ross Island Grocery Store. Her baked goods brought joy to many, and her recipes will be cherished by those who had the pleasure of tasting them.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Beth found great joy in her hobbies. She had a passion for cooking and baking, delighting her loved ones with delicious meals and treats. She also cherished her trips back east to visit family, where she could reconnect with her roots and create lasting memories.
Beth is survived by her loving children, Peter Yost and Kirsten Ercole, and her siblings, Brendan Sullivan, Meg Fitzelle, Thomas Sullivan, Michael Sullivan, Paul Sullivan, and Robert Sullivan. She also leaves behind her adored grandchildren, Dominique, Thomasina, and Sterling Yost.
Beth's presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her legacy of strength, determination, and love will continue to inspire and guide her family and friends.
