

Gerri was raised in Japan, North Carolina until the age of 16 years old when she moved to San Francisco and worked as a waitress, for a year. She later moved to Kelso, Washington where she met her husband, Bryce Williams. Gerri and Bryce moved to Portland, Oregon where they were married at City Hall on April 24, 1962.
Gerri and Bryce were blessed with two children, Tim and Debra. Gerri was able to stay at home and be a full-time housewife,
raising her children and taking care of her husband. Gerri was preceded in death by her husband Bryce Williams, 4 Brothers, Travis Carver, Jack Carver, Joe Carver, and Eugene Carver, 3 Sisters, Evelyn, Billie and Jeanie. She is survived by a son Timothy Bryce Williams of Portland, Oregon, a daughter, Debbie Altenhofen of St Helens, Oregon and a brother, Jim Carver of Castle Rock, Washington, 4 Grandchildren, Tony Williams Shoemaker, Brittanie, Bryce, and Carsyn and 1 Great-Grandchild.
A Visitation Service will be on June 7, at Gateway Little Chapel of The Chimes from 10AM - 5PM. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday at 11AM at The Gateway Little Chapel of The Chimes.

Gerri Williams, passed away at home on May 28, 2011 after an extended illness. Gerri was born on October 21, 1934 in Japan, North Carolina, one of 9 children.
