Harvey is preceded in death was his loving wife Virginia, step son Richard "Rick" and survived by his daughter Jeannie as well as his cat or "little buddy" Sammy.
Harvey loved the outdoors, especially fishing. He enjoyed gardening, cooking, playing cards, cribbage, and a little gambling from time to time.
He leaves behind three grandchildren Crystal, Joseph, Shelley, and great grandchildren Blaine, Raven, and Lucas. Although they were apart, they remained near in his heart.
