Himon worked in aeronautics in Long Beach, CA. After receiving his Real Estate license, he worked in Long Beach and upon retirement continued in Real Estate in Visalia, CA. He and his wife Nellie then settled in Portland, OR.
Himon loved his Lord Jesus and was very involved in working in his church most of his life. Himon served as a greeter at his home church into his 95th year. It was the highlight of his week. Always a smile, loved to laugh and loved people. The joy of his life was his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Always excited for each visit and every phone call.
Himon is survived by the love of his life, his wife of 74 years, Nellie Cradduck, his children Sue Lovejoy, Scott Cradduck, Sara Cradduck, Sybil Kinnick and Stuart Cradduck. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. To us he was Dad, Daddy, Da and Grandpa. We will miss him so much but take comfort in knowing that he is with his Lord and Savior.
