

Jeanette was the beloved daughter of John and Inez Littlewood. She was born and raised in Ellensburg, Washington, where she later graduated from Kittitas High School in 1962.
On October 3, 1962, Jeanette married the love of her life, John, whom she met at a college dance. Together, they built a life in Beaverton, Oregon, rooted in family, dedication, and countless adventures.
Jeanette was an outstanding homemaker, gifted in many ways. She was an exceptional cook, baker, a talented seamstress, she took great pride in being organized and being well put together. Jeanette carried herself with poise, dignity, and effortless elegance, leaving a lasting impression on all who knew her.
Jeanette had a deep love of travel, which she shared with her husband, John. Together, they explored the world, visiting China, Canada, Mexico, Australia, South America, and countless countries across Europe.
A longtime member of the Columbia River Yacht Club, she also spent over 30 years boating, including three voyages to Alaska and numerous passages exploring the Puget Sound and throughout the Columbia river.
Jeanette is survived by her husband, John; her daughters, Wendy and Sandy; her son-in-law, Tom; and her grandchildren, Sarah, Rachel, and John. She will be remembered for her devotion to her family, her many talents, her sharp mind, and the full, adventurous life she lived.
A celebration of Jeanette’s life will be held with family and friends to honor the joy she shared with all who knew her.
