

Judy's journey in life was filled with love, adventure, and dedication. She met her husband Edward while studying language in Korea during college. Together, they embarked on a new chapter, moving to California in 1972. After working as a small business owner, Judy and her husband, Edward, retired in Portland in 2013, where she spent the last 10 years of her life.
Judy was an active member of the Korean Bethel Presbyterian Church in Beaverton, Oregon, where she found solace and community. Her faith was an important aspect of her life, providing her with strength and guidance.
In her free time, Judy indulged in her passion for golf. She could often be found on the green, enjoying the outdoors and the camaraderie of fellow golfers. Her dedication to the sport was evident in her skill and enthusiasm.
A ceremony to honor and celebrate Judy's life will be held on Thursday, August 3, 2023, at 11 am at Ross Hollywood Chapel. Family and friends are invited to join in remembering a remarkable woman who touched the lives of many.
Judy is survived by her loving daughters, Kathy Cheun and Julie Villareal, favorite son in law, Gerry Villareal and her cherished grandchildren, Maceo Villareal, Tallulah Villareal, Cassius Villareal, and Penelope Cheun-Tolley. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Edward Cheun.
Judy will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her memory will be forever cherished and her spirit will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
