

Kathy was born January 19, 1954 to Mildred Cramer in Vancouver Washington along with her twin sister Karen Cramer-Wallner.
Her family lived in Camas, Washington but she was raised in Hermiston, Oregon and she attended Hermiston schools, graduating in 1972, the same year she was crowned Umatilla County Fair Queen.
After graduation, Kathy received her hairdressing and cosmetology degrees, as well as her
teaching degree at Portland State University.
She taught first grade in Portland schools, then got her masters degree in special education, going on to teach special education in Portland schools.
Kathy married the love of her life, Thomas D'Silva in 1994. They were sadly unable to have the family they wanted, but had many wonderful life long friendships.
Kathy loved the Lord with all of her heart.
She was an active volunteer, and a member of the Oregon regency society for many years.
Kathy is survived by her beloved husband Thomas D'Silva and her beloved siblings: twin sister Karen Cramer-Wallner, brother Larry Cramer and sister Pamela Lorensen; other beloved family members, her many nieces and nephews, and dog Pepper.
She was preceded in death by her parents Mildred and Luther Cramer.
She will be laid to rest in God's glory at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Portland on June 30th, 2023 at 2:30PM. Please meet at the cemetery office at 2PM to be directed to the chapel.
