A funeral service for Khamphoui will be held Thursday, October 19, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Finley Sunset Hills Mortuary, 6801 SW SUNSET HWY, PORTLAND, OR 97225. Following the funeral service will be a witness cremation from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Sunset Hills Crematory, 6801 SW SUNSET HWY, PORTLAND, OR 97225.
