

Born in Rapid City, SD, he was the son of Tom and Kay Ingram. He graduated from high school in 1983 and then enlisted in the Air Force a year later. After 10 years in the Air Force, he moved to Oregon were he began working at OnPoint Community Credit Union (formerly Portland Teacher’s Credit Union). Here he met and married his wife Annie, and worked in the Technology Department at the credit union proudly for more than 20 years until his passing.
Besides his love of electronic gadgets and toys, Scott was an accomplished singer and artist. Scott’s greatest joys were his two young daughters. He was loving, goofy, caring, and truly a friend to everyone.
He is survived by his wife Annie; daughters Lily and Piper; grandmother Alta Maron; mother Kay; brother Clint (Toni) and sister Lissa. He was preceded in death by his brother Wesley and father Tom.
A celebration of his wonderful life will be held on May 2nd, at 11 am at Zeller Chapel of the Roses. A reception immediately after the service is being held at The Parish Hall of the Madeleine School/Church at 3123 NE 24th Ave Portland, OR 97212. He will be interred at Willamette National Cemetery with full Military Honors.
