Lynn was born April 23, 1939 in Walla Walla, Washington to Clifford and Gladys Miller-Howton. Lynn graduated from Hermiston High School in 1957 and Oregon State University in 1961. Upon graduation, Lynn joined Pendleton Woolen Mills where she worked for 45 years. She loved her job and was appreciative to the Bishop Family for the opportunities given her.
Lynn lived life to the fullest and touched the hearts of many people. She loved her many friends and family, traveled the world and loved her gambling trips as part of the 4 Queens. Lynn married her long-time partner, Daniel P. Heffernan in 2014 before Dan passed away.
Lynn is survived by her favorite brother, Jack Miller (Pat); niece, Shawn Gillam (Matt); nephew, Kord Miller (Kirsty); nephew, Dr. Shell Winn (Lori); niece, Kimberly Larson; and their children.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. The family requests that remembrances be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
