Manuel was born on October 6, 1909, in Frisco, New Mexico, to Parents Filamino and Prajedes (Romero) Ulibarri.
He was a boy scout leader for over 30 years and received the Order of the Arrow.
Manuel was a 32nd degree Scottish Rite Mason and he served as a Mason for over 50 years.
He was a member of the Chuch of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for over 58 years.
Manuel loved to fish, hunt, and he practiced photography for over 40 years.
He is predeceased by his loving wife Aurora; his son John; his daughter Stephanie; grandson Richard Harnisch, "Ricky"; and a great grandson, Jason Adams.
Survivors include his son, Gary Ulibarri of Vancouver, Washington; daughters June Johnson of Portland, Or., Louise Miller also of Portland, Or., Jo Anne Hogg, also of Portland, and Sue M. McClellan of Beaverton, Or; 19 grandchildren; 26 great- grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.
A Funeral Service will take place at 1:00 PM on Thursday, December 30, 2010, in Skyline Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel.
