She was born to Harold and Alice (Christian) Johns on February 14, 1934 in Ronan, Montana.
She enjoyed simple things in life, she loved to watch TV, do word puzzles, and play cards all alongside a bag of Cheetos and a bottle of Pepsi. What she loved most though was being with her family.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents: Harold and Alice; and her brother: Glen Johns. She is survived by her brother: Marvin Johns in Tennessee; her children: Deanna Scruggs of Newberg, OR, Gregg Scruggs of Milwaukie, OR, Marsha Fromm of New Mexico, and Tom Scruggs; she is also survived by 6 grandchildren and almost 2 great-grandchildren (one is on the way).
Mary will be laid to rest near her mother at Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery.
