Patricia is survived by her three siblings; three daughters, Deborah Hein, Cynthia Hein-Sjurset, and Leslie Allgaier; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her son, Steven Hein.
A graveside service for Patricia will be held Friday, August 11, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Skyline Memorial Gardens, 4101 NW Skyline Blvd., Portland, OR 97229. Following, a Celebration of Life will be held at 19300 NW Athena Pl., Portland, OR 97229. Please come to share memories of Patricia's amazing life.
