

Phyllis and her husband were very active with the Gresham Breakfast Lion's Club, and volunteered with the Lion's Eye Bank of Oregon. Known for the beautiful wreaths she created, Phyllis was also a gifted pianist and violinist.
She retired as the executive dining room manager at the Multnomah Athletic Club. After retirement, she and her husband moved to Las Vegas, where she resumed teaching piano. Recently, Phyllis attended Greater Gresham Baptist Church.
Phyllis is survived by her children, Linda Beaver, Lora Carter, Dennis Dryer, Doug Dryer, and Lisamarie Harrison; 12 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bud Harrison.
Service will be held at 2p.m., Thursday, Nov. 18, 2010, in Gateway Little Chapel of the Chimes.

Phyllis Mae Harrison, born February 2, 1934, in Portland, Oregon to Mable and Phil Morgan, passed away Saturday, November 13, 2010.
