Phyllis Jean Morris was born on February 11, 1932 in Lead South Dakota to Emil and Signe (Larson) Balander. She passed away on March 23, 2015 in Portland Oregon at the age of 83.
A memorial service will be held at 7:00pm on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses, 17320 NE Glisan St., Portland, OR 97230.
Phyllis will be laid to rest at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland Oregon.
