Phyllis Joy Salvatori

Phyllis Joy Salvatori, born December 23, 1940, passed away from heart failure on May 1, 2026.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Joseph Salvatori. She leaves behind her children Elena Salvatori, John Salvatori, and Paul Salvatori; her grandchildren, Alayah Salvatori, Alex Jensma, Brienna Salvatori, Aaron Cox, and Ella Salvatori; her three great grandchildren, Cove Eckman, Maeve Eckman, and Nayeli Salvatori.

Phyllis was originally from Illinois, and moved to Oregon in 1976 with her husband and three children. She was the eldest of seven siblings and also leaves behind three younger living siblings, Barbara Alagna, Darlene McGough, and Philip Kolb, as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Phyllis loved her family dearly, and loved to cook. Her quick wit will be missed by all who knew her.
