Although Richard enjoyed many things, his greatest treasures were his grandchildren.
He is survived by his daughter Cindy Kilcup and son Rick Kilcup; grandchildren Heidi, Jeremy, Mandy, Starla, Andy, Chris, and Becky; and 6 great-grandchildren. He was preceeded in death by his wife Lilian (Scharbrough) and son Lenny Kilcup.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, April 7 at 2:00pm in Lincoln Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 11801 SE Mt. Scott Blvd., Portland.
