Richard A. Knight, Sr., 83, of Cornelius, Oregon, passed away Friday, May 25, 2012. He was born August 1, 1928 in Augusta, Maine to the late Herbert aka Allen and Sarah Knight.
He is survived by his sons, John (Nina) Knight and Richard, Jr. (Sandy); daughter Caroline (Mike) VanLaningham; brothers Donald, Roger, and Phillip Knight; sister Beverly Rider; 9 grandchildren, and 23 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Donna and hid daughter Cheryl.
Funeral Service with Military Honors will be held on Friday, June 1, 2012 at 3:00pm at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home.
