I grew up accross the street from the Johnsons. Roger was like a big brother to me and a son to my parents. He remained a close friend to my sister, Sandra, until his passing. My heart goes out to the family. He was a great guy.

Roger was a wonderful and pleasant person. We always had great conversations and jokes with him at Cleary's. Our Friday morning breakfasts were fun and always loved the great friends we made. Roger and Marv were the duo we enjoyed seeing each week as well as Kathy and JP. Roger will be missed by many and he will see many in heaven that passed both before and after him. Rest in Peace my dear friend!

Roger was at clearys everytime I was there. He was the most known customer. He loved to talk to Kathy the manager and bring her mints. I recall a quiet man but he loved to joke with Kathy. I remember his smile and showing up no matter the weather. He seemed involved in any activity at Clearys and I felt he would help with anything needed. He will be missed ...he was that guy we all recognize and we needed him to make our world seem safe.. miss you roger carol strong clearys customer for years
