Ruth is survived by daughters Renee and Elaine. Grandchildren Rebecca, Erin, Adam and Nathan. Great grandchildren Ashley, Kaytlin, Lilliana, Lukas, Evan, Ella, Ryan and Ethan. Great great grandchild Sienna. Ruth was preceded in death by grandsons Jordon and Christopher.
During her working years Ruth was an operations officer in the banking industry, managing several different branches throughout NW Oregon, including Wilsonville, Parkrose and Portland.
Ruth loved the out of doors. She enjoyed walking, bicycle riding, hiking, camping and mountain climbing. Skydiving and riding in hot air balloons were two of her favorite adventures. She had cherished memories of spending time with family at The Steens Mountain in Eastern Oregon. Ruth loved horses and one of her shared memories from childhood was riding her horse from her home in Hermiston out to Hat Rock State Park and back home.
Ruth was dearly loved by her family and her many friends. She will be remembered for her kind and giving nature, her sense of humor, curiosity, creativity, and her always welcoming bright smile.
