Sally was a Portland native born to parents William Everett and Isabel Rose Carlson on May 20th, 1936. She was a graduate of Franklin High School class of 1954. For 26 years, Sally worked for Olsen-Roe Transfer Co. as a Rate and Billing Clerk. Later she would go on to briefly work for 1st Interstate Bank now known as Wells Fargo. Sally will certainly be missed by all who knew her. She had a good sense of humor, and quite the gift of gab. She loved to visit with her friends and family. In her younger years Sally enjoyed traveling and even as her mobility became limited in her later years, she continued to enjoy her quick trips around town. As family and friends will attest, Sally loved a good game of chance.......she will be sorely missed by the Oregon Lottery Commission! Sally was preceded in death by her twin Sister, Suzanne Carlson-Balme in 2002. Survivors include her brother Ronald Carlson (Gerrie), cousin Dave Hughbank, nieces Janiece Hames (Jasper), Lisa Balme, nephews Steven Carlson and Justin Hames.
