William Albert Coughlin, age 67, of Portland, Oregon passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2020. William was born July 25, 1953 in Omaha, Nebraska to Mildred Coughlin and John Coughlin.
William is survived by his spouse, Debbie Coughlin; and daughter, Kari Coughlin;
